Motivation is the force acting upon or within a person that cause that person to behave in a specific, goal- directed manner.

Motivation consist of 3 approaches.

• Needs-Based approaches is describw the specific human needs or factors within a person that energize, direct, and stop behavior.
• Process approaches explain how thought or cognitive processes of indivuduals influences behavior
• Reinforcement approaches is focus on how learning and consequences mold behavior.

Leadership is a social influence process that is not a position, title or privilege. It is an observable, understandable, learnable set of skills and practices which enable an individual to influences people.

Leadership involve creating a vision of the future and devising strategy to achieve that vision and communicating the vision so that everyone understand and believes it.

     Organizing is process of determining the task to be done, who will do them, and how the task will be managed.

Organizing is important for manager to be able to divide work, pool resources and build continuity and synergy. Good organizing process can lead to the success of achievement of objectives and avoid frustration and loss.
